Due to the small classes that I run, you may cancel your class booking 24 hours before the scheduled class time via email or phone and either receive a refund or re-book onto another class, without charge. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class time.

The download currently available includes a 5-minute breathing meditation and a 30-minute ‘Smile and Be Happy’ meditation which focuses purely on relaxing the mind by meditating on positive and happy memories.
