My programmes are designed to help people face and deal with whatever challenge they are facing in their lives, be it anxiety, stress, an inability to control their emotions, poor sleep, unable to stop overthinking, anything that is getting in the way of truly living. It is easy to feel trapped and just accept that this is just how life is for us, but it does not have to be that way.
Our minds can make us feel overwhelmed by busy, uncontrollable and often negative thoughts, which lead to stress, despression and anxiety.
I can help you to stop worrying, show you how to deal with change, conflict, our ever-changing emotions, to change your mindset to think more positively and to develop a sleep routine that ensures you get a good night’s sleep.

"Jo really helped me with my anxiety that was causing me to lose sleep and therefore making my anxiety worse.
Jo went through some specially selected meditation sessions that covered sleep and relaxation and how i could incorporate these into my daily routine.
She helped me put together a sleep plan that provided me a routine for going to bed, meditating and then sleeping.
After only a few weeks i was sleeping much much better and continue to follow her sleep pattern even now i am sleeping much better. This ensures i do not slip back.
Jo delivered her sessions in a calm manner and provided me with all the tools i need to manage my thought process when i became anxious so i am able to continue my day without it being enveloped with anxiety.

Thanks for another amazing session Jo. Thoroughly enjoy that time of the week. Today’s session was particularly useful and upon reflection with my partner, we had an interesting chat about how we always take the positives in our lives - and relationship - for granted.
Something I noticed today that is a new ‘dynamic’ I feel we are working on is that I got up with our son at 5.30am, and when the time came to get ready in the morning, I let my partner have a relaxing bath whilst I sorted him out. In the past, we would have bickered over the fact that I got up and thus I deserve the relaxing bath. In fact, it felt great for me to do the morning routine and let her ease into the morning. I got far more back than the ‘point scoring’ we so often do without realising.
